Serie A: Inter Milan v Juventus Odds and Betting Preview

MILAN, ITALY – Top of the table Juventus travel to the San Siro this Saturday to take on floundering Inter Milan in the Derby D’Italia. After several false dawns, The Old Lady finally looks set to challenge for the Scudetto once more and have begun the new campaign promisingly. Italy’s most successful club made significant moves in the summer transfer window and those moves look to be reaping dividends; with the addition of former AC Milan icon Andrea Pirlo, in particular, looking like an inspired piece of business. Juventus will be near full strength for the encounter with Giangluigi Buffon returning to the squad after injury. 

Internazionale are 15/2 to win the match by a goal to nil with William Hill whilst 2-1 to the hosts is a 9/1 chance at Bet365. Inter Milan’s Diego Milito, who leads his side’s scoring charts with three league goals, is the favourite to open the scoring in the encounter at 6/1 with Ladbrokes. Italian international Giampaolo Pazzini, who was in spectacular form at the end of last season, is also a 6/1 chance in the market with Bet365 whilst Wesley Sneijder is a 9/1 shot at Ladbrokes.
