Hoops to defy odds of 10,000/1 to win SPL

CELTIC WILL have to defy odds of 10,000/1 to win the SPL now this season according to Ladbrokes.

Hoops midfielder Ledley has suggested his side need to now win all their remaining 26 games which the bookies rate as having the same chance of happening as Usain Bolt running the 100m in 9 seconds or less at London 2012, Katie Price having a worldwide number one album or all Scots being offered free Subway transport in Glasgow for a year.

Celtic can be backed at 12/5 to win the league by any means whilst Rangers remain the hot 2/7 favourites. Motherwell are 66/1 to upset the Old Firm teams.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: "Ledley has laid down a marker for his teammates but clearly they'll have to defy monumental odds to do it. We reckon there's just as much chance of them winning all their games as McDonalds scrapping burgers or Katie price becoming a worldwide star."
