Saturday’s games

Torino host Cagliari in what could prove to be an important match in the fight for survival. Both teams are potentially relegation candidates and will be looking to gain the upper hand over each other. I think the two sides are well matched and there is very little value here, this match is a no bet for me.

The other game played on Saturday sees Juventus travel to Napoli, looking for three points to challenge Inter at the top of the table. Napoli have started the season well, they are in 8th place and they held Roma to a draw last week so they are clearly in good form. Juve are also in good form and I think they have too much class for Napoli. I recommend a two point bet on Juventus (-1/4) at 2.07.

Sunday’s games

Despite starting the season slowly, Udinese have picked up the pace lately and currently lie in 7th position, just three points adrift of a Champions League spot. They travel to Lazio and will be looking to take advantage of Lazio’s injury crisis. The home side have been crippled with injuries lately and I think they will struggle in this game.Have a two point bet on Udinese (+1/4) at 1.83.

Reggina travel to Siena in what should to be a real relegation scrap of a match. Both sides are in poor form and both are desperate for any points they can get their hands on. I think at the prices on offer Reggina are fair value and soI recommend a two point bet on Reggina (+1/2) at 1.82.

None of the other games represent much value for me and are therefore best left alone.
