Top of the Premiership Manchester United travel to Championship side Derby County.

These teams have met twice already this season in the Carling Cup, Derby beating their rivals 1-0 at home, with United winning the second leg 4-2 at Old Trafford (United won the tie 4-3 on aggregate).

That win for United booked them a place in the final against Tottenham on March the 1st.

As for this weekend's tie I can realistically see only one outcome, a United win.

True Derby beat them in the first leg of the Carling Cup at home, but I do not think United will send out the same team that got beaten that day, with a full strength team at his disposal Sir Alex will want to win this match at the first time of asking.

Watford V Chelsea

Watford booked their place in the fifth round with a 4-3 win over Crystal Palace, Chelsea beat Ipswich Town by 3 goals to 1.

Watford sit third from bottom of the Championship and are not having the best of seasons, relegation is a real possibility, but a cup run is just what the doctor ordered, a win in this match and they could turn around their fortunes in the league, a loss and they will be scrapping to get out of the relegation zone.

Chelsea, by their own high standards are not having the best of seasons either, the FA Cup represents their best hope of winning a domestic trophy this season, they are still in touch in the title race, but it will be tough to get back a 7 point deficit on leaders Manchester United who also have a game in hand.

Goals seem to be hard to come by for the Chelsea millionaires, but again this game could be the catalyst for better things to come.

I can see Chelsea however knocking a few past a struggling Watford.
