Wednesday’s game

In the first leg of the Copa Del Rey semi finals, Getafe will travel to Barcelona. Of course Barcelona are big favourites for the tie, leading La Liga they are in fair form and Getafe will have their work cut out. However, Getafe are a solid side, they have knocked out both Valencia and Osasuna and will be keen to claim the scalp of Barca. I think the bookies are being quite generous in what they are offering, and am keen to take advantage Have a two point bet on Getafe (+1 ¼) at 1.90.

Thursday’s game

Deportivo welcome Sevilla in the other semi-final, although Deportivo lie in the middle of the table, they should not be discounted. They are quite capable of churning out a result and Sevilla’s 2-0 loss to Valencia at the weekend can only count in their favour. The handicaps are not giving much away on this match but both teams are fairly low scoring at the moment and I think a two point wager on Under 2.5 goals at 1.57 is a value bet.
