According to Ladbrokes, the Three Lions are 1.40 (2/5) from 1.25 (1/4) to qualify for the tournament in South Africa and 2.75 (7/4) from 3.75 (11/4) to miss out.
Skybet make them 2.20 (6/5) to finish top of Group 6 despite losing home and away to Slaven Billic's side, with Croatia priced at 2.75 (7/4) and Ukraine at a massive 11.00 (10/1) with CentreBet.
Spokesman Robin Hutchison said: "It was almost inevitable that they'd draw Croatia again and at least it makes a change from Poland. Hopefully this time they'll get their act together."
